Deleting a Routing Group

Routing Groups can be deleted, if necessary, including the rules associated with the group if there are any.

To delete a Routing Group:

1.

In the Routing Groups page, select in the left window in the page the Routing Group to delete and then click the delete icon -OR- click the adjacent vertical ellipsis and from the popup, select Delete.

Confirm the action in the confirmation prompt that is then displayed.
